User Obligations

Booking and Scheduling

  • Advance Notice: Clients must schedule their removal at least two weeks in advance.
  • Accurate Information: Provide precise details about the items to be moved, including size and quantity.
  • Availability: Ensure availability on the agreed-upon dates and times.

Preparing for Removal

  • Packing: Items must be properly packed and labeled before the removal day.
  • Accessibility: Ensure that access points (doors, elevators) are clear for movers.
  • Valuables: Remove or secure valuable items to prevent loss or damage.

Payment Terms

Payment must be completed as per the agreed schedule. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Any additional services or unexpected costs will be communicated and require approval before proceeding.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled removal without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the removal date may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

Liability and Insurance

While we take utmost care to handle all items securely, clients are encouraged to insure valuable or fragile items separately. Our standard liability covers damages up to a specified amount, and additional coverage can be arranged upon request.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes, clients should contact our customer service team within 7 days of the service completion. We aim to resolve issues amicably and promptly through mediation or other mutually agreeable methods.
